More and more connections are made as the neural net grows.
Some paths are used less and fade with time. Others are re-enforced and grow stronger.
Memories are made. Here are some of the places I remember. I hope they haven't faded.

Akai Never owned an Akai sampler (no I lie, just remembered the S612 - easy to use and fun). Used to own an XE8, lots of control over the sounds produced.
Alesis
Midiverb, Quadraverb - my introduction to affordable effects. Replaced now, but still have a DM5 drum module, a good choice for use with a modular system due to its ability to take trigger signals (as well as MIDI control).
Behringer
Just looking around I see 7 bits of Behringer kit. I like it, it's good at what it does. The range is expanding and value for money keeps getting better. We now have a DDX3216 digital mixer, fantastic for the price!
Blacet Reasearch
For something a little different.
Circuitbenders
Building and selling circuitbent electronic instruments. Modified Speak&Spell / Speak&Maths machines, Yamaha/Casio sample grinders, insane talking toys. Get some lunacy in your studio.
Doepfer
Makers of the modular (A-100) system. The system that keeps on growing ! Here at Technomage we have a 18u rack system working alongside a 12u rack of TechnoMage 'experimental' modules.
Emagic
One of our present sequencer package of choice is Logic Audio. (Still have a soft spot for Voyetra's D.O.P. though, after moving to it from the old Sequencer Plus Gold package - and before that UMI on the Acorn BBC computer system!). Emagic is now part of Apple Computers
E-mu/Ensoniq
Had an E-mu ESI-32 from the day they were released, it has never given us any problems and it still sits in the rack here today. Also had our fair share of other E-mu equipment, always dependable kit.
Experimental Musical Instruments
Once a magazine, now a source of interesting developments.
Future Music
Monthly UK magazine with usefull cover CD. One of the many music related publications Future Publishing produce.
Joemeek
Outboard equipment with a professional pedigree. Love the green look and the ideas.
Kenton Electronics
MIDI kits, retro fits, Control Freak, connecting old to new and worth a visit. These guys know how to get your old and new communicating.
Korg
Always been a fan of Korg equipment, certainly owned a fair bit of it. Loved the Mono/Poly (replaced it with a Prophecy). Couldn't do without their DTR-1(rack tuner). Still having fun with the Kaoss Pad (and the DL8000 delay).
Lexicon
Reeevvveeerrrbbbb b b b b and other great studio effects.
Longstone
Say hello to Longstone, read reviews and see their discography. Find out more about auto://genous
M Audio
Still use one of the original MPU-401 cards. Now using a newer DELTA 410 as well.
Music Control
Looking for that elusive bit of kit. Give them a try. They have contacts all over and will ship things all over as well.
NESTA - the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts - was set up to find and nurture creative excellence throughout the UK, supporting innovative individuals and ideas that could benefit our economy and society. It also runs an education programme which seeks out new and imaginative ways of stimulating creativity in people of all ages and of increasing public understanding of science, technology and the arts. For more information, including how to apply, visit their web site.
Novation
Bass Station, Super Bass Station, Drum Station, 'Supernova' - and so it continues, the company goes from strength to strength.
Nord
'Virtually' the first to model the future of music.
PAiA Electronics
Music kits, design, information and more from a well established, friendly company.
Red Sound Systems Musical DJ - head this way. Manufacturers of 'beat extractors' and more. Here at TechnoMage we have a RedSound DarkStar, XS-FX and C-Loops and fun they are too!
RØDE
Australian offering to the world of recording - at the right price! Our RØDE microphone is indispensable here at TechnoMage.
ROLAND U.K.
My favorite module just has to be the JV-1080 (along with my LIFE !). Always supplying something new and useable.
ROLAND U.S.
Sometimes a better choice for downloading information (updates, manuals, etc.)
Sound On Sound
One of the best music magazines for news, information, reviews and great articles. Always fair and non-biased. Very good online service as well, plenty for everybody interested in all types and styles of music production.
Theremin UK
Jake Rothman's Theremin site. See of all the theremins built by Jake along with details of his other services and goods. Well worth a visit if you are looking for theremin.
Yamaha
Has to be the biggest manufacturer on this list. Have an A4000 sampler here, very nice but a little frustrating (the O.S.) everything else about it is good.
Zoom
Used Zoom effects a lot in the past, somewhere around here is a Zoom pedal as well. A guitarist well known to TechnoMage loves his Zoom kit, even has the drum module.
